Corporate Social Responsibility Partnerships Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Give, a leading philanthropic platform in India. As a CSR Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with CSR decision-makers, identifying relevant funders, and building high-quality funding proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and establish relationships with CSR decision-makers via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Conduct secondary research to identify relevant funders and build intelligence on their priorities and strategies.
- Work with multiple nonprofits and internal teams to build high-quality funding proposals.
- Develop pitch decks and fundraising collateral, including concept notes and solution outlines.
- Own fundraising targets and handle day-to-day fundraising operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a fundraising, growth, sales, or B2B relationships and partnerships role.
- A genuine interest in the social impact sector, with prior exposure to CSR, social impact, or NGOs being relevant but not necessary.
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to hustle, self-motivation, high confidence, and risk appetite.
- Top-tier communication skills, with the ability to make high-quality pitches and deliver them well.
- Great listening skills and strong academic and professional credentials, with an MBA preferred but not essential.
