Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients and offer tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. You will build long-term relationships by understanding customer requirements and providing exceptional service.

You will also be responsible for explaining policy benefits in simple terms to guide informed decisions, meeting sales goals and maximizing incentives, and handling customer queries and assisting with claims.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for sales and relationship building, strong communication and persuasion skills, and previous experience in sales (insurance preferred but not required). A positive, self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results is essential.
