**About us**:
ICT Academy of Kerala is a social enterprise created in a Public Private Partnership model (PPP) for imparting ICT skills to the youths of Kerala and improve their employability opportunities in the industry. The company is supported by Govt. of India, partnered by Govt. of Kerala and the IT industry.

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic leader who has the experience to lead the skills development mandate of the ICT Academy of Kerala. As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the leader should be able to understand the Industrial needs and envision various interventions amongst beneficiaries by working closely with industry, government and academic fraternity. As part of the think tank team of the state, the CEO should be able to contribute effectively to building the future talent pipeline for the industry at scale. The incoming leader should have the operational diligence, strong people skills, and excellent leadership skills to lead the complex stakeholder ecosystem and achieve sustainable growth for the ICT Academy of Kerala.- Compensation and benefits will be at par with similar organizations in the country.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Engineering or Masters in Science / Management
- Min 15 years of industry experience of which the last 5 years in a senior management position
- Experience in defining Business Strategy, Running P&L, and Operations
- Should be fluent in both English and Malayalam languages
- Prior experience in Academia-Industry linkage programs and memberships in Industry forums or networks are added advantages
