We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations. The CFO will lead the finance team, manage financial risk, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
- Ensure efficient use of Zoho Books for accounting, reporting, and financial management.
- Maintain relationships with investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and other financial software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to think strategically and manage financial risks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
