About the Role: As a Senior Manager CPG, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, shaping the future of our personal care offerings. You will leverage your extensive industry experience to engage with major distributors, identify new markets, and propel our brand to new heights - especially in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement innovative business development strategies that elevate our market presence and drive revenue growth in the personal care sector.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key distributors, ensuring alignment with our business goals and maximizing sales potential.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor movements, translating insights into actionable strategies for expansion and market entry.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business strategies and deliver cohesive solutions that resonate with consumers.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals to senior leadership, showcasing your insights and strategic vision.
  • Monitor the success of business initiatives, adapting strategies in real-time to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

What You Need:

  • 10-15 years of experience in business development within the personal care industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven expertise in engaging and working with major distributors; international market exposure is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a passion for fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market trends, turning insights into strategic actions.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Location: Gurgaon (work from office)

Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
