Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business data, analyzing trends, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete business data management, including individual function charters to P&L of the business, drawing actionable insights out of it.
  • Owning on-ground business execution with the business head, working on field, and owning business outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between business functions and leadership, working closely with every function and helping them solve problems with support from management.
  • Create SOPs for business and individual functions, and productize business operations through internal tech/third-party SaaS Solutions.
  • Play key role in new city launches, acting as city lead for on-ground operations during initial launch period.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: From tier 1 university and MBA from reputed institution.
  • Work Experience: 1-5 years across sales and program management, with experience from retail distribution/sales and BFSI preferred.
  • Project Management: Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ownership: High degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and building new business skills quickly.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
