Business Development Executive

As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success. This exciting opportunity involves managing data analysis, producing MIS and data reports, and supporting vendor payment processing and financial reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include optimizing sales processes and performance metrics to drive business growth, coordinating with sales teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives, developing and managing sales reporting and analytics tools to inform business decisions, producing and supporting MIS/Data reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and ad hoc basis to meet business needs, handling vendor payment processing and financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance, managing sales operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation, collaborating with sales team members and cross-functional teams to support and meet sales objectives.

Requirements for this position include 5+ years of experience in sales operations management, with a proven track record of success, 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM, with expertise in configuration, customization, and integration, 5+ years of experience in data analysis and report management, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL, Power BI, and a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Desirable Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Sales Force CRM software, with expertise in data visualization and analytics
