We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional to lead our offline marketing efforts.

  • About the Role
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Key responsibilities include event management, vendor/partner management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance monitoring.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Offline Marketing Strategy & Planning
      • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan.
      • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
      • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
    • Event Management & Execution
      • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, community events, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
      • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
    • Vendor & Partner Management
      • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
      • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
      • Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce effective offline marketing collaterals.
      • Align offline efforts with online campaigns in conjunction with the digital marketing team.
    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
      • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
      • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Budget Management
      • Manage offline marketing resources effectively.
      • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising effectiveness.
