The HR Payroll Specialist is a key role that plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Record Management
    • Ensure accurate and secure management of employee files, both digital and physical.
    • Manage documents such as contracts, personal information, performance reviews, and disciplinary records with utmost care.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Process
    • Prepare and coordinate contract and new hire paperwork for seamless onboarding.
    • Oversee offboarding logistics, including final settlements and record archiving to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Implement effective HR induction processes for new employees.
  • Payroll Processing Oversight
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
    • Act as a central point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issues across India.
    • Coordinate closely with external providers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
    • Reconcile discrepancies and stay updated on relevant payroll legislation.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
    • Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave tracking, and other related perks.
    • Track absences, PTOs, and vacation days accurately to ensure fair treatment of employees.
  • HR System Management & Development
    • Oversee and optimize our HRIS platform to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure data integrity and implement measures to prevent system errors or security breaches.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration & Liaison
    • Serve as a key bridge between HR and Accounting departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Develop and deliver regular HR reports for internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • General HR Support & Administrative Tasks
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider HR team to ensure seamless operation of HR functions.
