Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Valuation Analyst located in Ahmedabad. The Business Valuation Analyst will be responsible for conducting business valuations, performing financial modeling, and providing analytical support across various valuation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting business valuations and performing financial modeling
  • Providing analytical support across various valuation projects
  • Collaborating with clients and preparing detailed valuation reports
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and valuation methodologies

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Business Valuation and Valuation methodologies
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling expertise
  • Solid understanding of Finance principles and concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a valuation or finance role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
