Job Title: Senior Public Relations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned public relations professional to join our team as a Senior Public Relations Specialist. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Santacruz West, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising daily with clients and media via telephone and email to build strong relationships and networks
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring 100% client retention through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic communications advice
  • Developing and implementing publicity strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives

The role also involves monitoring media coverage, analyzing industry trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions. A key aspect of this role is staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry developments and leveraging these insights to drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a public relations role, preferably in an agency setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage audiences across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with digital marketing tools
