Customer Relationship Specialist (Australian Voice)
Location: Chennai
Working Hours:
- Permanent Work from Office on all days
- Australian Business Hours (2:30 am / 3:30 am IST till 11:30 am and 12:30 pm)
- Holidays are followed as per Australian calendar.
We are looking for a customer care professional with exceptional English communication skills and experience in international customer service. This role involves effective coordination with Australian customers/stakeholders and order management.
Key Responsibilities- Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
- Do accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
- Responsibilities include order and contract creation, follow up and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
- Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Ensure quality and compliance for all deliverables.
- Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per the agreed process.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English).
- Order Management knowledge is preferable.
- Salesforce, Google Map, PNI – Spatial net
