Job Description:

The ideal candidate will achieve sales targets, with a growth goal of 40% over the last year.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving Sales Targets
Achieve sales targets by driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

2. Institutional Sales
Focus on acquiring institutional clients to expand the business.

3. Daily Visits
Visit at least 15 potential clients per day to build relationships and drive sales.

4. Dealer and Distributor Network
Develop and maintain a network of dealers and distributors to expand the business.

5. Outstation Work
Be prepared to work out of station for up to 15 days per month.

Note: Proficiency in Hindi language is mandatory for this role.
