You will play a pivotal role in our property acquisition efforts, engaging with customers and Channel Partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Development:
    • Research potential seller leads through online platforms and offline sources.
    • Grow the internal database of prospective sellers by identifying new opportunities.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Work with the Channel Partner team to arrange property visits and schedule site inspections for acquisition purposes.
    • Organize direct and Channel Partner-led site visits to gather property information and assess acquisition opportunities.
  • Data Collection:
    • Participate in site visits to gather data, shoot videos, and record relevant property information.
    • Evaluate acquisition opportunities through field assessments and site inspections.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Support relationship-building efforts with potential sellers and Channel Partners.
    • Guide sellers through the early phases of the acquisition journey, offering support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • A background in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance is beneficial but not essential.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages like Hindi is advantageous.
  • An organized approach with attention to detail, capable of handling multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude with a high level of ownership and persistence.
  • Flexibility to work a 6-day week including weekends, as real estate activity peaks on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Willingsness to travel across the region for on-site engagements.
