Real Estate Sourcing Expertise

This is a key role for an experienced professional who can effectively source and acquire suitable properties, projects, or land to support our sales objectives.

  1. Property Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough site visits, market analysis, and due diligence to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
Market Research and Analysis
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in various locations.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring
  • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers to optimize deal value.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with our strategic goals.
  • Ensure timely closure of deals while optimizing costs and maximizing potential returns.
Sales Support and Coordination
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client preferences and sourcing requirements.
  • Ensure sourced properties align with customer demand, market trends, and our business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on new acquisitions and market developments.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with regulatory and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of property sourcing activities, contracts, and transaction documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
