We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. This professional will develop and execute recruitment strategies, lead a team of recruiters, and build relationships with key stakeholders to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Create and implement tailored recruitment strategies for the real estate industry.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and equip a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Oversee sourcing efforts to identify candidates with expertise in real estate sales, property management, and related fields.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the company's employer brand and career opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, brokers, and industry associations.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Implement strategies to nurture and expand the talent pipeline by engaging with universities, industry events, and professional networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in team handling within the Real Estate Industry or in sales hiring.
  • A deep understanding of the real estate industry, its various sectors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to navigate the dynamic nature of the real estate industry.
