Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing and nurturing client relationships, translating client briefs into actionable items for different departments, and communicating brand requirements internally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client engagements with the client team
  • Articulate brand requirements and communicate them internally
  • Handle operational job requirements
  • Minute meetings clearly
  • Follow up with internal teams for job delivery as per timelines committed
  • Disseminate information internally as the brand custodian

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative
  • Prior experience working in an agency
  • Experience working with BFSI/Fintech clients (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
  • Able to maintain calm composure in stressful situations
  • Good listening skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience working in an agency and with BFSI/Fintech clients is preferable.
