Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries across various channels.
  • Provide accurate product/service information, handle complaints, process orders, and manage returns.
  • Resolve product-related issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM/support tools.
  • Develop expertise in our platform to deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the support team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Analyze customer feedback and work with product teams to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of support processes, tools, and workflows.
Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of experience in customer support or a related field (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in support platforms and CRM tools.
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Flexible working hours with international shift timings.
