About this Role
We are seeking a Guest Services professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our properties in South and West India, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Delivery: Greet guests with a pleasant demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate completion of necessary documentation.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Maintain files, records, and documents, updating them as needed. Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
- Property Management Support:
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain records.
- Assist in procurement of monthly supplies.
- Step in as property in-charge during absence of property manager.
- Food and Beverage Assistance: Support service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Bookkeeping Assistance: Issue invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Cross-Location Travel: Be willing to travel to other properties in South and West India when required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
- Pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Final-year student or graduate from Hotel Management program is preferred.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India.
