We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, explaining Jio's recharges, assisting customers with completing Jio recharges, selling new Jio connections, resolving customer queries within agreed timelines, ensuring a delightful customer experience, responding to customers in an appropriate tone and language, capturing customer details, and learning about Jio's plans, products, and services.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers
  • Call Jio customers and explain Jio's recharges
  • Assist customers with completing Jio recharges
  • Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience
  • Respond to customers in an appropriate tone and language

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10th pass
  • Fresher
