About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, upselling and cross-selling existing products, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire New Customers: Identify and engage with potential customers to promote our products and services.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Offer tailored solutions to existing customers to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve Customer Queries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with reading and writing, smartphone usage, and local language.
  • Sales and Customer Handling Skills: Proven ability to handle customer interactions, meet sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
