Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, enhancing customer experience and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers by making outbound calls and offering Jio's recharges and plans.
  • Call Jio customers to explain the benefits of Jio's recharges and plans.
  • Assist customers in completing their Jio recharges.
  • Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers.
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience for all customers.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in an appropriate tone and language.
  • Capture customer details and relevant data for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF READING AND WRITING
  • SMARTPHONE USAGE
  • ABILITY TO SPEAK LOCAL LANGUAGE
  • Sales and customer handling skills
  • GOAL AND RESULT ORIENTED
