Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

About the Role:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Acquire new customers through proactive outreach and engagement
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance customer experience
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires regular working hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
