Job Title: Operations Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.

  • Own the customer experience from booking to handover, ensuring high satisfaction scores and prompt issue resolution.
  • Work closely with installers, vendors, and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Empower your team through effective people management, hiring top talent, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, standards, and SOPs for a standardized customer experience.
  • Drive key performance indicators such as Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.

Requirements:

  • Desirable qualifications include NIT, BITS, or IIT degrees, or an MBA from a Tier 1 B-school.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in operations or similar industries is preferred.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
