IT Director

We are seeking a highly experienced IT director to lead our team of professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with expertise in managing and directing enterprise IT services.

Job Description:

The IT director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT department, including hardware and software deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing IT strategies to meet business needs
  • Managing and maintaining existing infrastructure, including network performance and security
  • Evaluating business needs and recommending technical solutions
  • Coordinating project deliverables with stakeholders
  • Implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures
  • Designing and optimizing hardware and software systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • At least 12 years of experience managing and directing enterprise IT operations
  • Enterprise, networking, virtualization, or security certifications preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience with HIPAA and/or GDPR
  • Familiarity with clinical imaging data software and hardware systems design, installation, validation, and compliant operation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to provide quality control review for technical documents and reports
  • Proven ability to maintain desktop information technology systems and support network operations in a regulated environment
