
Administrative Governance Manager

This role involves overseeing the management of a company's secretarial division, ensuring corporate governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating board, committee, and general meetings, as well as preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
They will also ensure compliance with statutory requirements, maintain statutory registers, and manage regulatory filings.
Liaising with external legal counsel, auditors, and regulators is also a key aspect of this role.
The successful candidate will oversee the drafting and dissemination of stakeholder communications, reports, and closures.
Additionally, they will review and update corporate governance policies, strengthen internal controls, and support financial planning and due diligence activities.
Collaboration with business heads to ensure the completion of the Mid-Year Forecast (MYF) and annual plan is also required.
The role also involves developing new planning models for emerging businesses and improving management reporting deck for Key Leadership Team Members.
