Job Description:">

The primary goal of this position is to ensure that the principles of Data Governance are implemented and maintained throughout the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data assets, monitoring and reporting on data-related policies, standards, practices, processes, and ensuring adherence to the same.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data governance initiatives. ">
  • Monitor and report on data governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). ">

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, technology, data engineering, business administration, economics, statistics, or a related field is required. Additionally, at least 6-9 years of total work experience, including 4+ years of experience in banking and financial services, and exposure to data governance tools and reporting tools such as Cognos and Tableau is essential.

  4. Prepare and present data governance scorecards and reports to stakeholders. ">
  5. Escalate any data governance-related issues identified to senior leadership. ">
  6. Manage change management processes in data governance. ">
  7. Facilitate and conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. ">
