Job Profile:
Leading Regional Sales Team
As a seasoned sales professional, we seek a skilled Head of Regional Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tracking daily performance, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role will be responsible for scouting business opportunities, briefing the team, and achieving sales targets and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of the sales team,
- Scouting the business opportunities and ensuring a proper briefing to its team to achieve the Sales targets and revenue targets,
- Track and report all sales activities,
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis,
- Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework across the business operations with a focus on building a high-performance Sales culture,
Requirements:
- A MBA degree or any such equivalent degree,
- Experience in dealing into Rental properties / B2B segment,
- Experience in managing sales teams ( Approx. number - 60 - 80 people)
- Experience in generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Stability with the companies worked with,
- Output deriving capability,

Hyderabad,
Notice Period:
Currently serving notice period / 15 days,
Salary Package:
18 LPA to 24 LPA,
Age Criteria:
28 to 34,
