Print Support Specialist

  • Handling hardware issues related to printers.
  • Managing print services on the server.
  • Patching activities on print servers and validations.

  • Handling p1, p2 tickets and handling MI's.
  • RCA.
  • Creating and reviewing SOPs.
  • Monitoring and managing enterprise print services using OMPlus and LRS VPSX for print job routing, auditing, and failover.
Required Skills:
  • OMPlus- For centralized job control and monitoring.
  • LRS VPSX – For output management and delivery.
  • HP Web Jetadmin- for device discovery, configuration, and firmware updates.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user print issues – including print errors, print queue issues, new printer requests and connectivity problems.
  • Managing print drivers and firmware upgrades.
  • Operating System knowledge ( Windows Server/Unix server )
