Term Insurance Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to drive growth in our term insurance portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for term insurance products to maximize revenue and customer retention.
  • Assess customer needs, detail product benefits, and provide expert advice on our term insurance offerings.
  • Establish trust with customers, address their concerns, and ensure smooth handovers of completed cases to the operations team.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales and revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • A talent for explaining complex financial and insurance concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a natural ability to build strong relationships and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • At least 1 year of direct experience in selling term insurance products.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and Excel software.
