Insurance Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive sales of term insurance products, ensuring strong conversions and customer satisfaction.

This role demands a customer-centric approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to consistently deliver on sales targets while ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

  • Drive end-to-end sales of term insurance products, meeting customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements, explain product features, and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Handle initial customer interactions, build trust, and address objections or concerns effectively.
  • Ensure seamless handover of closed cases to the operations team for further processing.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to explain financial insurance products clearly and convincingly.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a flair for relationship building.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Term Insurance sales.
  • Basic computer and Excel skills.
