This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company where you will be responsible for various tasks, including transaction processing, making calls to insured providers, prioritizing tasks, and responding to customer inquiries.

About the Role:
  • You will be handling transaction processing, making calls to insured providers, and prioritizing tasks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Prioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, identify, research, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with/perform other team tasks as needed to ensure turnaround time and quality meet Company service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction processing, making reach out calls to Insured/provider/facility according to standard work & SOP.
  • Prioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives.
  • Comprehend and respond to customer inquiries, identify, research, and resolve problems.
  • Ensure turnaround time and quality meet Company service standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law.
  • Proven experience in international calling.
  • Excellent English Communication (Both written & verbal).
  • Proactive communication & High analytical skills with ability to foresee issues and suggest solutions.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of using Excel.
  • Proficient in English language- both written and oral.
  • Insurance client experience will be an added advantage.

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
