Field Insurance Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Field Insurance Sales Manager to promote and sell insurance products directly to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, ensuring proper documentation, and consistently meeting sales targets for life, health, or general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit prospective clients in person to promote and sell insurance products, fostering strong relationships and trust.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong relationships with clients.
  • A strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating drive and ambition.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for handling documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
