Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Term Insurance Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving growth and success, you will be responsible for navigating the end-to-end sales of term insurance products, ensuring strong conversions and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- You will play a pivotal role in helping customers secure their financial future by offering tailored term insurance solutions.
- Your primary objective will be to drive direct sales, engage with potential customers, and provide clear guidance on product features and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate end-to-end sales of term insurance products, ensuring strong conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs, explain product features, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Handle initial customer interactions, build trust, and address objections or concerns effectively.
- Ensure seamless handover of closed cases to the operations team for further processing.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (both verbal & written).
- Ability to explain financial/insurance products clearly and convincingly.
- Customer-centric mindset with a flair for relationship building.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Term Insurance sales.
- Basic computer and Excel skills.
