Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Term Insurance Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving growth and success, you will be responsible for navigating the end-to-end sales of term insurance products, ensuring strong conversions and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • You will play a pivotal role in helping customers secure their financial future by offering tailored term insurance solutions.
  • Your primary objective will be to drive direct sales, engage with potential customers, and provide clear guidance on product features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Navigate end-to-end sales of term insurance products, ensuring strong conversions and customer satisfaction.
  2. Understand customer needs, explain product features, and guide them through the decision-making process.
  3. Handle initial customer interactions, build trust, and address objections or concerns effectively.
  4. Ensure seamless handover of closed cases to the operations team for further processing.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (both verbal & written).
  • Ability to explain financial/insurance products clearly and convincingly.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a flair for relationship building.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Term Insurance sales.
  • Basic computer and Excel skills.
