
Telesales & Insurance Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills. As a telesales specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling insurance products to potential customers.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products via phone, requiring persuasive communication, customer understanding, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain updated knowledge of the company's insurance products and industry offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in compliance with company standards
- Adhere to regulatory and company compliance policies throughout the sales process
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance products
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Customer-centric approach with ability to handle objections effectively
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Basic computer and Excel skills
