We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing technology contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are appropriate, and providing management reporting. They will be responsible for reviewing contract documents and amendments, maintaining contract inventories, and identifying potential risks.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage technology contracts inventory and review contract documents and amendments.

2. Ensure terms and conditions are appropriate and provide management reporting.

3. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

4. Gather and maintain contracts and SOWs-related documents and correspondence.

5. Coordinate with procurement, legal, risk, project controls, and business teams on contractual terms and risk issues.

6. Prepare risk schedules and summaries of terms for technology contracts.

7. Review and optimize annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and subscriptions.

8. Support annual tech budgeting process and manage key reports.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in contract management, preferably in technology.

2. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

3. Ability to multitask, handle changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
