Opening for Commercial Contracts Manager - Delhi
Key Result Areas:-
- Discussions with the vendors for finalization of Contract Terms and drafting of Contract documents.
- Review of RFQ, RFP & offers documents.
- Part of team for finalization of Purchase Orders.
- Negotiation and Finalization of Contract Billing Break up (BBU) for EPC Project with vendors/Client.
- Raising of Invoicing for Supply (Off Shore and On Shore), Civil and Services Contract and reconciliation.
- MIS reporting, preparation of Cash Flow/Budget forecast to Management.
- Co-ordination with the quality, project department for vendor bill certification.
- Reconciliation of vendor material receipt and consumption.
- Tax management for EPC Contract and subcontracting including GST negotiation and implementation
- Handling Insurance Claim for EPC Project.
- Ensure booking of cost in the system.
- Commercial Liason with vendors/ client on day-to-day basis.
W Contract Management:
- Contract Management for EPC Contract of 1X660 MW Thermal Power Plant.
- Price Variation Calculation and tracking for verification of bills.
- Claim Management for EPC Contract towards client, filing of claims like, additional scope, deviations, GST impact, Price Variation, Force Majeure etc.
- Vendor claim management and resolution as per Contract document.
- Risk evaluation and counter measures to mitigate risks.
- Support in filing of PEC and maintaining records.
- Overseeing commercial structure/ framework for the project
- Apply contract principles, practices, regulations, applicable laws, legal principles, as relevant for Contract Management
- Verification and risk analysis of PO/ WO from clients
- Collaboration with other team members and departments to understand scope of work and service level agreement etc.
- Collaborate with customer and Project Manager for timely resolution of change orders/claims/ contractual communications with respect to time, cost and other commercial terms/issues
- Monitoring the Force Majeure related events and ensure prompt communications, work out the Extension of Time requests and dealing with such claims.
- Project-level revenue and P&L statements
- Support negotiation with customers, vendors on commercial agreements
- Negotiation with vendors/ suppliers on provision of goods and services
- Monitoring of supply agreement process and deal in commercial / contractual issues with suppliers.
- Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment terms, credit limits etc.
- Monitoring outstanding receivables from customers
- Involvement with sales and support teams to support on commercial matters
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders for BG, LC and other vendor registration processes
