We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead and build our Contract Staffing vertical from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, proven expertise in staffing solutions, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end contract staffing operations including client acquisition, delivery, and P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and scale the contract staffing business as a standalone function.

  • Manage the complete staffing cycle from signing contracts with clients, understanding requirements, sourcing candidates, to onboarding and managing resources.

  • Identify and onboard new clients, pitch contract staffing & EOR offerings, negotiate commercials, and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Take complete ownership of the contract staffing verticals revenue, profitability, and cost optimization.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of recruiters to support staffing needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and evolving client demands in the staffing space.

Key Requirements

  • 1012 years of proven experience in contract staffing, including client acquisition and delivery.

  • Strong understanding of P&L, staffing commercials, and revenue models.

  • Ability to independently sign and manage clients, delivering quality staffing solutions.

  • Experience in building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build business lines.
