Position Title:  Regional Business Manager

Business Line: Professional Staffing

Reporting to: Business Head

Location: Mumbai or Delhi 1 position for each location

Key Responsibilities:


• Own P&L responsibilities (top-line and bottom-line) for the Tech Contracting /

Staff Augmentation / Managed Services business unit


• Build the CIEL brand in the tech contracting market through aggressive client

acquisition and revenue growth in India


• Be part of the leadership team of the Tech Staffing business, reporting to the

Business Head.


• Achieve annual gross profit and resource count targets


• Drive revenue generation through business development, account mining,

and recruitment delivery


• Build and manage a scalable team of Delivery Managers, Recruiters, and

Business Development Managers.


• Establish and grow key client accounts by ensuring regular resource

onboarding and delivery.


• Break down annual operating plans into monthly and weekly goals; monitor

performance regularly.


• Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.


• Manage escalations from clients and employees


• Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Recruitment, Operations, Payroll,

Compliance, Finance, HR) to meet client requirements

Skills and Experience Required:


• 6 to 12 years of experience in Tech Contracting / Staff Augmentation business

in India


• Demonstrated experience in handling recruitment, account management

and/or business development


• Demonstrated success in front-ending client engagements for Tech

Contracting in India markets through strong recruitment delivery and client

management, especially having grown the engagements by widening and

deepening them into larger contracts


• Ideally, 2+ years of experience handling P&L


• Must have a strong understanding of contract staffing business from an India

perspective including rates and compliance, and be knowledgeable about

current market trends in the IT services industry


• Track record of budgeting, planning and organizing operations to achieve the

budget/target


• Responsible and accountable for goals set, with a clear strategy to achieve

them


• Follows processes with discipline and uses data to track performance.
