Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Responsible for procurement of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems and components, ensuring cost savings, timely delivery, and high-quality standards while managing suppliers and inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with ELV suppliers to achieve cost savings.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
  • Minimize defective items and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance reviews.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, Data).
  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and cost control.
  • Understanding of contracts, negotiations, and inventory management.
  • ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Metrics: Cost savings, on-time delivery rate, defect rate, supplier performance, inventory turnover.
