
Executive Director of Information Systems

The Chief Information Officer will lead the strategic integration of enabling functions across the organization, including Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, and Legal.
This role is responsible for optimizing service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
- Lead the creation, development, and execution of the shared services strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure the efficient and effective integration of all support functions, including HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, and other administrative services.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of shared services with the organization's business objectives.
- Develop and implement processes, policies, and systems to standardize operations across the shared services functions.
- Drive performance improvements, leveraging best practices, technology, and data analytics to enhance service quality.
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing resources.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive shared services strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Service Integration: Ensure seamless integration of all support functions, promoting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to drive shared services success.
- Process Improvement: Design and implement process enhancements, leveraging technology and data analytics to boost service quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Experience in process improvement and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
