Senior Leasing Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Leasing Business Development Manager to spearhead our leasing business growth. This role offers an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing strategic relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and overseeing the execution of transactions.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing the leasing business, maintaining year-over-year revenue growth, and tracking business key milestones. You will also be responsible for participating in large transactions, ensuring team performance meets Key Result Areas (KRAs), and preparing annual and monthly target vacancy lists along with identified client lists.

  • Effective transaction execution and deal closure
  • Strategic lead funnel management and priority marking
  • Creative sales strategy development and implementation
  • Brand reputation and communication strategy development
  • Diligent market research and competitive analysis

You will have the opportunity to develop and advise creative sales strategies, conduct market due diligence, handle a team of research executives and managers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.

This role requires a minimum of 30 High Net Worth Individual/Developer meetings per month and presenting monthly reports to respective heads/team directors. Additionally, you will ensure trainings are conducted as needed, meet team targets, and self-targets.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in commercial leasing
  • CTC - 40 lpa
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and mentoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with industry trends, policies, and regulations
