Job Title: Strategic Lease Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Lease Abstraction team in Anantapur, India.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team. The Manager of this team will report directly to Senior Director of Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage local Managed Services operations, including people management of employees in the India Managed Services Global Delivery Centre.
  • Engage with Business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive global integration and standardisation in India by working with the Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership to build a better global infrastructure through policies, procedures, and training.
  • Collaborate with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management.
  • Contribute to our strategic plans and objectives by delivering technology initiatives that support organisational growth.
  • Optimise solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field with leadership experience managing a global team.
  • Proven ability to inspire teams to achieve great things, demonstrated through leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Polished documentation and presentation skills.
  • A 'Can-do' mindset and client-centric focus.
