Job Title: Enterprise Lease Manager Lead

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Lease Abstraction team, driving growth and operational excellence.

  • Oversight and leadership of Local Managed Services, including people management of Managed Services employees as part of the India Managed Services Global Delivery Centre.
  • Engagement with Business leaders locally and globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture and community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Driving global integration and standardisation in India by working with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership to build a better global infrastructure through adoption of policies, standard operating procedures, and training/cross-training for India Managed Services teams.
  • Collaboration with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management and development.
  • Contributing vision and leadership to deliver technology initiatives in support of the growth of the organization, optimising solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across the Services Departments.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field, managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Manage abstraction projects, conducting regular meetings with the team and resolving issues, process improvement.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding of new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Leadership skills, inspiring a team to achieve great things, execution skills, delivering and inspiring concrete actions.
  • Polished communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborator with Problem Solving, Can-do Mindset, and client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers a plus.
