About the Opportunity:

Enterprise Performance Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Lead to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise planning solutions across multiple domains.

As a key member of our team, you will drive the development of scalable and innovative planning processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting cycles.

  • Design and deliver EPBCS applications for strategic initiatives, corporate reporting, and scenario modeling.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to align planning solutions with business objectives and ensure compliance with governance models and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers, review deliverables, and enforce engineering best practices.
  • Partner with transformation leaders to shape the long-term planning roadmap and drive business value.
