Senior Digital Experience Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Digital Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences that are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring intuitive and innovative user interfaces to life. They will be responsible for conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.

The Senior Digital Experience Designer will create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to design high-fidelity mockups, responsive web layouts, mobile-first interfaces, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

They will also collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems to ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to all users (WCAG compliance preferred).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating past design work, user flows, and final product outcomes.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
