Centric to our pursuit of excellence is the development of cutting-edge products that captivate sports enthusiasts worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital sports engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct thorough research to gain profound insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. This knowledge will serve as the foundation for informed design decisions and opportunities for improvement.

UI Design:

  • Design visually striking interfaces that harmonize with our brand identity. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to articulate your design vision.

UX Design:

  • Develop intuitive user flows, interactions, and information architecture to deliver seamless and meaningful user experiences.

Prototyping & Testing:

  • Construct interactive prototypes, conduct usability testing with real users, and iteratively refine designs based on feedback to ensure clarity and usability.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Design Systems:

  • Contribute to and maintain our design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.

Stay Current:

  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Share your expertise to elevate the team's capabilities and proactively explore AI-powered solutions to enhance workflows and deliver smarter experiences.

Cross-Platform Design:

  • Develop responsive designs that seamlessly integrate across web, mobile, TV, and other digital devices.

Communication:

  • Present your work confidently to stakeholders, clearly articulating the reasoning behind your design choices.

Ownership:

  • Take full ownership of your design areas. From discovery to delivery, be accountable for outcomes and ensure your work aligns with product goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • A passion for crafting innovative digital products and an interest in the sports content space.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio of user-centric design work. Please include your portfolio with your application. Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • An understanding of responsive and cross-platform design principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on creating polished, high-quality designs.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A decent understanding of Cricket (formats, rules, etc.).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies is advantageous.
  • Having strong cricket analytical skills is a plus.
