Domain Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Domain Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of Digital Training Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with expertise in software development methodologies, electrical or mechanical hardware design and implementation methods, and Rolling Stock systems and subsystems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Define the Product Development Plan and Project Schedule
  • Prepare and review technical specifications and design documents
  • Monitor and control projects, including customer and stakeholder management
  • Manage suppliers from selection to project delivery
  • Purchase components for simulators
  • Implement REX databases in tenders and projects
  • Collaborate with Digital Solutions teams to support Product and Technology Development

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science) or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in software development methodologies, electrical or mechanical hardware design and implementation methods, and Rolling Stock systems and subsystems
