Digital Innovation Leader

To drive the bank's digital growth through innovative channels and partnerships, you will be responsible for ideating, prioritizing, and implementing ROI-focused concepts and projects.

  • This role covers the entire gamut of digital innovation within the bank, including ideation, project implementation, and employee engagement.
  • You will lead the development of sustainable digital business offerings with relevant stakeholders across the bank.
Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Innovation Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing customer research to understand their current and future needs.
  • Evaluating FinTechs and startups for implementable solutions.
  • Buiding partnerships with digital solution providers to improve targeted business metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure ideal solutioning and approvals for product launch and execution.
