The Director Digital Workplace is responsible for fostering a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement through user-friendly solutions tailored to evolving workforce needs.
- Provide leadership in change management, training initiatives, and ensure smooth adoption of digital workplace tools.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern workplace technologies, including Office 365, collaboration platforms, and endpoint management tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on workplace technologies and digital transformation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Define and execute digital workplace strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
- Stay ahead of trends in workplace technologies and introduce innovative tools and processes.
- Manage hardware inventory and ensure devices meet evolving performance and usability standards.
